By accessing or using Vibestat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Vibestat.

2. Description of Service

Vibestat is an AI-powered analytics platform that analyzes exported Cursor AI chat files (in Markdown .md format) to produce coding session insights, including:

• A Vibe Score (0–100) measuring prompt engineering quality
• A Skill Tree radar showing technology usage and XP accumulation
• Session duration and active coding time estimates
• Cross-session insights including recurring patterns and improvement areas
• Strengths and weaknesses extracted from your coding workflow

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Vibestat. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any files you upload to Vibestat. By uploading a file, you grant Vibestat a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any files you upload do not contain confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information belonging to third parties. Do not upload files containing passwords, API keys, personal data of others, or content you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Vibestat platform — including the AI engine, UI, branding, scoring methodology, and analytics algorithms — are the exclusive intellectual property of Vibestat Analytics. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the platform's underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vibestat does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis, score, or insight produced by the platform. Session analytics are intended as guidance, not definitive assessments of your coding ability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibestat Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
